Storing records within commercial Google Workspace infrastructure protected by multi-factor authentication (2-Step Verification) and strict access controls.
Restricting matter file access solely to authorised personnel and designated external collaborators on a need-to-know basis.
Disabling public link-sharing ("Anyone with the link") to ensure records are accessible only to named recipients.
Transporting and accessing data via encrypted devices and secure connections.
5. Cross-Border Disclosures (APP 8)
Our administrative systems and cloud storage infrastructure are hosted through Google Workspace. While data is held in secure cloud environments, secondary processing or system backups may utilise secure global infrastructure operated in accordance with international security and privacy standards (such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2). We take reasonable steps to ensure that any service providers handle personal data securely and in alignment with Australian privacy standards.

7. Access and Correction (APPs 12 & 13)
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if any information is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
Where personal information is held by us solely on behalf of an instructing legal firm or client in connection with professional consultancy services, requests for access may be referred to the instructing firm to ensure compliance with legal professional privilege, confidentiality duties, and statutory requirements.
